Mr. Musa has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology, Information Assurance and Systems Engineering fields. Mr. Musa currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Prior to that Mr. Musa served as an independent consultant for the Department of Homeland Security in the area of Border Security. He previously served in various management roles with various IT organizations. Mr. Musa supported various large scaled IT programs with commercial and government sectors. Mr. Musa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the George Mason University and a Masters of Engineering Management form the George Washington University and currently working on his PHD in Systems Engineering at the George Washington University. Mr. Musa is certified as a CISSP, CISM and PMP.
